AAWWW! I love that little baby romper..it's the Baby Tees Wheel of course which I rolled onto watercolour paper and colours with my Aqua Painter and ink pads...The Top NOte Die was stamped with En Francais then Embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder. A pretty satin bow and a bookplate finishes it off...as well as a bit of sponging around the edges
